The artist behind WTID Creative, Dr. Mike Zach, has spent a career moving between disciplines that rarely meet. As an artist, engineer, researcher, and educator, his work has ranged from precious metals and sculpture to advanced materials research supporting the development of new medical technologies. That same attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving now guides every portrait created in the studio.
WTID Creative was inspired by the memorial created for Mike's beloved companion, Biscuit. That experience shaped a simple philosophy: a memorial should be more than a likeness—it should capture the expression, personality, and spirit that made each companion unique.
